Radu has more that 12 years of professional experience, out of which 10 were dedicated to the SAP practice, with focus on Controlling, Financials and integrated SAP processes. Prior to starting up the Frontem venture with Radu Timis and Mitch Raducanoiu, he served as Senior Consultant with Atos Origin North America, SAP Canada and Siemens Business Services.

Radu has worked for major scale ERP implementation projects and roll-outs for clients in process industries (Intervet Global – animal health products, Campofrio – meat processing), discrete manufacturing (ICME Hellenic cables – Romanian operations), industrial engineering and construction (Siemens South East Asia), consumer products (Gillette-European operations), Services (Atos Origin and Freeman companies North American operations), Utilities (Hydro One Canada).

"I gained my SAP experience serving clients across different industries including defense, professional services, manufacturing, and beverage. In projects scattered over 10 years, I always tried to learn and to understand client’s needs and then to juxtapose them with SAP capabilities. I accomplished this in different roles such us: financial or controlling consultant, project manager, auditor or key user.

Radu is a co-founder of Frontem Inc, and prior to this he delivered high impact improvements as an SAP independent consultant for clients like Lockheed Martin and Johnson & Johnson in Canada, as well as for several European clients rolling out or implementing SAP in Romania: Argillon Germany, Lek Pharmatech, Wieneberger, Transilvania Electricity Company. He also served with Atos Origin and Accenture Canada SAP Practices for clients in North America.

Before starting his consulting career, he was instrumental in a large scale SAP project for the Heineken operations in Romania, where he managed the project for an emerging Beverage Industry Solution deployment, as well as the core SAP Financials functionality roll-out.

Mitch is also a co-founder at Frontem and brings over 11 years of progressive track record of implementing world class SAP SCM systems. Prior to joining Frontem, he served with Atos Origin and Deloitte in Canada as well as with IBM and Siemens Business Services in engagement in Europe.

He designed and provided support for large scale SAP SCM projects for both global companies like Panasonic European Operations in Germany, Siemens Austria or De Beers Canada as well as mid-market private emerging companies such as Spin Master Canada, Freeman companies in US, Acerlik, Campofrio and ICME Hellenic Cables in Romania.
