Service Productization gives us leverage to specialize in up-front, fixed price contracts for most SAP implementation and upgrade project work. This type of engagement offers best value on a predefined scope; preferred by our clients because of predictable cost of service.

Time and Material

Most of our assessment services, spot consulting, early training and coaching as well as some support activities are billed this way.

Turn-key subcontract projects

We can sub-contract on a fixed price/ fixed scope or time & material, either certain functional SAP areas in larger scope projects (e.g. we commit and deliver Customer Service functionality) or certain activities (e.g. we manage and deliver End2End Integration Testing).
